これまでsawako が小松宏誠の造形作品のために制作してきた音源、金津創作の森での野外録音（さえずり、せせらぎ等）、「森の夢」展でのサウンド、そして小松宏誠が自身の作品のために作った楽曲に sawako が森の音を加えてリマスターを施した「Air’sSong ー 2022 ver.」が収録されている。
S/A/B ◆ Stella Epoca （2022、12k）｜ 6thアルバム。
惑星の運行がテーマ。 pandemicのため世界中の人々が自由に旅ができない時期に、空に想いを馳せながら、宇宙の星々に乗って旅をしているような気持で仕上げた作品。
皆既日食のアルゼンチン、冬至の夜明けの京都、そして満月や新月の夜など、天空で起こる注目すべきイベントの日に収録した音の断片に、コンピューターの手仕事を施した。
時には穏やかな瞑想の世界へと誘い、また時には切なさや暗闇の中の輝きを掬いとり、そっと静かに心の深い部分へ降りていくまどろみのサウンド。
Federico Durand、青木隼人、haruka nakamura、荒木真、早川幸子、gift_lab、kynd など友人たちの参加を得て、前作 nu.it 以来8年間の思い出を畳み込んだ作品。 （cf. CD添付の自筆作品解説「12ｋの思い出とStella Epoca」）

Emergency hospitalization (colorectal cancer). The ban on visits that began during the COVID-19 pandemic is still in place, so communication with family relies entirely on social media.
12月 ● 年末年始は退院。しばしの休日気分（喫茶店のモーニング風の朝食を自作、評判のジェラートを食べに外出、家族とおせちに舌鼓…）
Discharged from the hospital during the New Year holidays. Enjoyed a holiday mood in a while. (She made her own breakfast in the style of a café morning set, went out to eat some famous gelato, enjoyed New Year’s dishes with the family, etc.)
2024
1月 ●再び入院、腸閉塞により絶食＝人工栄養に移行（食事の楽しみを失う）
Hospitalized again, became permanent fasting and artificial nutrition due to intestinal obstruction. (lost the joy of eating)
2月 16日 ●病室へキイボードを届ける
Family members delivered a keyboard to her hospital room.
2月 24日
◇ 坂本龍一追悼 Micro Ambient Music Festival ＠西新宿 ICC
● 病室からリモート参加。 sawako 最後の作品となった。
Sawako participated remotely in the Ryuichi Sakamoto memorial concert from her hospital room. This was sawako’s last work.

The fact that Sawako was in the hospital and not at the venue was revealed in a message from her distributed after the performance.
3月 1日
●退院し自宅での緩和ケアに移行（自由な時間を取り戻し喜ぶ）
Discharged from hospital and transitioned to palliative care at home. (Delighted to have her free time back).
3月 15日
● 自力で確定申告書を作成（家人が提出）
Sawako prepared the tax return on her own. (submitted by a family member)
3月 19日
● 仕事の締め切りを2件こなす
Sawako managed to complete two work deadlines.
3月 20日
● ビーツジュースの氷を自らつくり口に含む（絶食だが、少量の飲料はOK）
Sawako made beetroot juice ice cubes in the refrigerator on her own and suck on them. (fasting, but small amounts of drink were permitted)
3月 21日
● 起き上がるときに助けを求めるようになる（当初は1日1～2回、次第に回数が増える）
Sawako began to ask for help when getting up. (initially once or twice a day, gradually increasing)
3月 28日
●「時々意識が飛ぶ」と語る
“Sometimes I lose consciousness,” sawako said.
3月 30日
● 夕刻… 「寒い」と訴える。体温36℃、血圧68／40（室温を上げる)。
In the evening, sawako complained of feeling cold. Body temperature 36℃, blood pressure 68／40mmHg (so the room temperature was raised).
● 夜半過ぎ… 医師から入院を打診されるも「もう少しここにいる」と答える（最後の言葉となった）。
After midnight, when the doctor suggested hospitalization, sawako replied, “I’ll stay here a little longer.” (the last words）
3月 31日 未明 before dawn
● 永眠（45歳10か月、苦しむ様子もなく眠るような最後でした）
○Passed Away （45years and 10 months old. Sawako didn’t seem to be in pain and passed away as if she was sleeping.)
没後もつながるご縁
The bond continues even after her death.

◆ Sounds （2003制作、2024.04 リリース、12k）｜
2003の習作（日常の物音のフィールドレコ―ディング中心）を、sawako の没後に Keneth Kirshner が発掘し復元。
A 2003 practice piece (centred on field recordings of everyday sounds) was unearthed and restored by Kenneth Kirshner after sawako’s passing.
「おもちゃ、鳥、電車。昆虫、発振器、子供の声。突然の耳障りなノイズの爆発と圧倒的な静寂の通路。交通。オルゴール。知覚のギリギリで遠くから演奏される楽器、そして人々が何気なく大声で話す声。カラスの鳴き声。そしてそのすべてに、詩と魔法が聞こえた」（Keneth Kirshner による作品解説より）
